Crispy PB Chocolate Cups

Prep time: 5 minutes - Setting time: 1 hour Total time: 1 hour 5 minutes

Homemade snacks are less processed, have less sugar and loaded with fibre and protein. No brainer kinda situation!


  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups Puffed quinoa (or brown rice krispies / rice puffs / puffed kamut)

  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp Coconut oil

  • 3/4-1 cup Natural peanut butter

  1. In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate with coconut oil, stirring at 30 second increments until smooth.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Scoop in to a silicone muffin tin. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
