Homemade snacks are less processed, have less sugar and loaded with fibre and protein. No brainer kinda situation!
Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 cups Puffed quinoa (or brown rice krispies / rice puffs / puffed kamut)
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Coconut oil
3/4-1 cup Natural peanut butter
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate with coconut oil, stirring at 30 second increments until smooth.
Combine all ingredients.
Scoop in to a silicone muffin tin. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
