Butternut Squash Brownies

Ingredients

1 squash cubed & baked

½ cup cocoa powder

½ cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp maple syrup (or more if desired)

2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs



Instructions
  1. Remove skin from squash after baking

  2. Blend ingredients

  3. Bake at 425F for 13-15 minutes
