Ingredients List:
1 carrot, grated
1 banana, mashed
½ cup of hemp hearts
½ cup of ground flaxseeds
⅓ cup of chia seeds
2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp of Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin spice
Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
Scoop up evenly sized cookies onto a baking sheet and add extra chocolate chips on top
Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
