Carrot Banana Protein Cookies

Ingredients List:
  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • ½ cup of hemp hearts

  • ½ cup of ground flaxseeds

  • ⅓ cup of chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 tbsp of Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin spice

Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground cardamom

2 tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp ground cloves

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate chips

Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well

  2. Scoop up evenly sized cookies onto a baking sheet and add extra chocolate chips on top

  3. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
