Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Rinse carrots, slice off ends, slice in half, and peel
Suction a spiralizer to your work surface, center and secure the carrot to your spiralizer, and spin handle to spiralize
Line baking tray with oil or parchment paper
Layout spiralized carrot onto tray. Lightly coat with olive oil & salt and mix with hands
Bake at 350F until crispy (10-15 mins)
