Ingredients
1 cup chocolate (any type)
½ tsp coconut oil
1 cup pomegranate seeds
Sea salt optional (optional)
Directions
Melt chocolate with coconut oil (can be done in a microwave OR using a double boiler).
Spoon melted chocolate onto a lined baking sheet, creating little circles.
Sprinkle chocolate with pomegranate seeds and sea salt.
Place baking tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
