Ingredients
Biscotti Batter:
1 cup of Coconut flour
¼ cup of Arrowroot flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
¾ cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Biscotti Batter and add ½ cup of Sea salt Caramel chocolate chips
Form in a rectangular shape and bake at 350F for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and cut into thin slices and bake for another 15 minutes with arranges cookies on the tray
