Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 25 minutes - Total time: 40 minutes
1 can chickpeas, rinse and drained
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (white, optional)
Optional Topping: 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Place all above ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) into and blender and blend until smooth.
Add chocolate chips to the mixture and scoop onto a lined baking tray.
Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
