Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinse and drained

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (white, optional)

  • Optional Topping: 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Directions
  1. Place all above ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) into and blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add chocolate chips to the mixture and scoop onto a lined baking tray.

  3. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
