High protein, low carb and a delicious English muffin in under 3 minutes!
Ingredients
4 tbsp ground flax
1 egg
1/2-3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp everything spice
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a round small/medium size bowl (for shape).
Sprinkle with everything spice and microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from bowl, cut in half and add your toppings of choice! Enjoy!
*Can be baked in a round greased tin on 350F for approximately 10 minutes.
