Everything English Muffin

Prep time: 1 minutes - Cook time: 90 seconds - Total time: 2-3 minutes

High protein, low carb and a delicious English muffin in under 3 minutes!

  • 4 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2-3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp everything spice

  1. Mix ingredients together in a round small/medium size bowl (for shape).

  2. Sprinkle with everything spice and microwave for 90 seconds.

  3. Remove from bowl, cut in half and add your toppings of choice! Enjoy!

*Can be baked in a round greased tin on 350F for approximately 10 minutes.


Just made 1 and loved it.. can you tell me the total carbs, protein, fat etc in these please


It’s a touch dry but actually really good and SUPER easy!
