Everything English Muffin

Prep time: 1 minutes - Cook time: 90 seconds - Total time: 2-3 minutes
High protein, low carb and a delicious English muffin in under 3 minutes!

Ingredients
4 tbsp ground flax
1 egg
1/2-3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp everything spice
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a round small/medium size bowl (for shape).
Sprinkle with everything spice and microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from bowl, cut in half and add your toppings of choice! Enjoy!
*Can be baked in a round greased tin on 350F for approximately 10 minutes.




Is it possible to replace ground flaxseed with another seed? I would love to bake your bread.
I don't know if this is getting through to you. Sorry, but ground flaxseeds are very toxic, but not unground. In Sweden, they are no longer allowed to be sold ground. Flaxseeds contain cyanogenic glycosides. When the seeds are chewed, crushed or ground, the cyanogenic glycosides can be converted to the poison hydrogen cyanide.
