Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 25 minutes - Total time: 40 minutes
Bagel dough (makes 4-5 bagels):
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
¼ cup arrowroot starch
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 + 1/4 cup plain, unsweetened 0% Greek-style yogurt
1-2 eggs, lightly whisked
Everything bagel seasoning
Combine all dough ingredients and place into a Ziploc bag. Cut a large hole at the tip of the bag and pipe dough into circles on a lined baking sheet.
Brush bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes and enjoy!
