High Protein Instant Noodle Soup

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 2 minutes - Total time: 7 minutes


This recipe is super easy, inexpensive and offers a balanced meal. It’s my cozy lunch that makes me so happy, a meal I am excited for! It will help to add variety to your menu, which increases your overall satisfaction with your health plan.


Ingredients
  • 1-2 tbsp broth powder

  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce 

  • 3/4 cup edamame beans, shelled 

  • 3/4 cup shredded chicken 

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots 

  • 1 cup kelp noodles 

  • 1/4 cup bok choy, thinly sliced 

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

  • 1/2 tbsp ginger

  • 1 tbsp green onion

  • 1/2 tbsp cilantro 


Directions
  1. Place soup ingredients in a heat proof container.

  2. Let sit for 2 minutes, stir and top with garnish! Enjoy!
