@kyliejenner Chinese Chicken Salad

Salad Ingredients:

Butter lettuce, sliced

Red cabbage, thinly slices

Cilantro, finely chopped

Green onion, chopped

Slivered almonds, toasted

Chicken, shredded (or diced) - seasoned with S&P, soy sauce, sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Salad Dressing:

3 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ginger, minced

S&P to taste

  1. Slice all salad ingredients and add into a bowl

  2. Dice or slice chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil

  3. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Mix and enjoy!
