Lemon Curd

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 6-8 minutes - Total time: 11-13 minutes

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs

  • Zest and juice from 2 lemons

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ⅛ tsp salt

Directions
  1. In a saucepan on low-heat, combine all ingredients for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Let recipe rest in the refrigerator and then serve.
