1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt & black pepper
1 lb ground chicken
1 can red-lentils
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
½ cup grated cheese
Prepare lentil chicken stuffing.
Boil water and add cabbage slices, cook until soft.
Remove the end stem of each cabbage slice (shaped into a triangle).
Add 1-2 tbsp of lentil chicken suffering, add some cheese, and extra seasoning. Roll it up and add to a baking pan.
Add some sauce and extra cheese on top of the rolls before putting them in the oven.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
