McChicken Nuggets

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 30-35 minutes Total time: 35- 40 minutes

McChicken Nuggets are top on the list in our house! A MUST try! They are gluten, dairy and egg-free. Protein loaded, low carb and a recipe everyone in the home with love!

  • 500g ground chicken

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika

  • 2-3 tbsp ketchup

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Roll a small portion and shape into a nugget shape.

  3. Place on a parchment lined baking tray.

  4. Bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
