  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or Pink walnut-coconut milk)

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
