2 cans cannellini (white kidney beans), rinsed and drained
2-3 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp salt & pepper to taste
Toppings: rosemary (finely chopped) & Tajin Spice
¼ cup tahini
3 tbsp ACV
¼ tsp Tajin Spice
Combine beans, EVOO, salt, pepper, and toppings in a bowl. Add to a lined baking sheet and bake at 425F for 35-45 minutes.
Combine dipping sauce ingredients and pair with your “popcorn”.
