Sweet Crunch Seed Crackers

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 40-50 minutes - Total time: 55-65 minutes

Ingredients
  • ½ cup sesame seeds

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup poppy seeds

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds

  • ¼ - ½ cup maple syrup (save 1-2 tbsp for topping)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (except for the cinnamon).

  2. Spread across a lined baking sheet and press down using a spatula.

  3. Top with 1-2 tbsp maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  4. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!
