Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 40-50 minutes - Total time: 55-65 minutes

Ingredients
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup poppy seeds
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flax seeds
¼ - ½ cup maple syrup (save 1-2 tbsp for topping)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (except for the cinnamon).
Spread across a lined baking sheet and press down using a spatula.
Top with 1-2 tbsp maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!
