Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 35 minutes - Total time: 45 minutes


1 large head cauliflower

4 medium garlic cloves

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Toppings: cilantro, black sesame seeds, chili flakes, and a drizzle of honey

  1. Cut cauliflower head into small bite-sized pieces.

  2. Transfer into a bowl and add olive oil and spices.

  3. Mix until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

  4. Bake at 450 F for 25-35 minutes.

  5. Add on toppings if desired.
