Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Thai red curry paste (or add spice to taste)
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3-4 bags of Konjac / Shirataki noodles, rinsed and drained (anything goes! You can also use brown rice ramen noodles)
Directions
In a pan on medium heat, cook green onions and sesame oil until well combined.
