Ingredients
1 ¼ cup Almond flour
2 ½ tbsp Coconut flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
2 large Eggs
¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup Maple syrup
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Apple, grated
1 Carrot, grated
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a bowl, not including the apple and carrot.
Spray a muffin tray with olive oil or add muffin cups.
Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes
