BBQ Haloom

Ingredients:

1 zucchini, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 eggplant, sliced



Instructions:
  1. Grill on BBQ and drizzle with oil once you place veggies on the grill. Grill to your liking!

  2. Next, grill the halloumi.

  3. Garnish with basil to your preferences

  4. Serve!
