Bell Pepper Nachos

Prep time: 30 minutes - Cook time: 12-14 minutes - Total time: 42-44 minutes

  • 5-6 bell peppers, sliced into nacho sizes

  • 500g extra-lean ground beef, pan-fried with oil, salt, & pepper (until crispy)

  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese

  • Toppings (optional): red onion, cherry tomatoes, tzatziki sauce, cilantro, guacamole!

  1. Slice bell peppers into roughly the size of a nacho chip. Add to a lined baking sheet and top with cooked ground beef and cheese.

  2. Bake nachos for 12 to 14 minutes at 400F.

  3. Top with preferred toppings and enjoy!
