Cheesy Nacho Chips

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 14 minutes - Total time: 29 minutes


2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

  1. In a microwave, melt the cheese in a bowl for 60 seconds.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted cheese with almond flour & salt. Knead the dough until fully combined.

  3. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough until evenly thinned out.

  4. Cut into triangles.

  5. Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes.

  6. Add spices on top.
