Ingredients
6 cups spinach, sauteed (or 2 cups frozen spinach, flaked)
8 eggs, whisked
1 pkg cottage cheese, light (500g)
1/ 2 cup shredded cheese, light
1-2 tbsp spices (garlic powders, onion powder, parsley, basil, paprika)
Directions
Begin by sauteing 6 cups of fresh spinach, once reduced by half its size add in the remaining ingredients.
Mix until well incorporated and transfer to a baking tray. Bake at 400F for 25-35 minutes and enjoy!
