Cheesy Wrap & Chickpea Tuna Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 5 minutes - Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup cheese, grated and shaped into a rectangle

  • Bake at 350F x 5 minutes


Chickpea Tuna Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 1 can light tuna

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 4 dill pickles, diced

  • ¼ - ½ red onion, diced

Directions
  1. On a lined baking sheet, shape grated cheese into a rectangle. Bake for 5 minutes at 350F.

  2. Combine all salad ingredients and add to cheese wrap.
