¾ cup cheese, grated and shaped into a rectangle
Bake at 350F x 5 minutes
Chickpea Tuna Salad Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1 can light tuna
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 dill pickles, diced
¼ - ½ red onion, diced
On a lined baking sheet, shape grated cheese into a rectangle. Bake for 5 minutes at 350F.
Combine all salad ingredients and add to cheese wrap.
