Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup fine packed almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl. Then proceed to add all the wet ingredients into the same bowl
Spray a spoon with olive oil before beginning to scoop batter to prevent sticking.
Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet, separating them equally
Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes
Let cool before drizzling on melted chocolate
