Chocolate Macaroons

Includes Passover friendly ingredients.



Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsps coconut oil

3 tbsps maple syrup


Sauce:

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil





Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients first. Then mix in wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.

  2. Roll into balls and flatten into little patties. Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake 375F x 20-25 minutes!

  4. Once the macaroons are done baking, let them rest for 5-15 minutes.

  5. Melt chocolate chips and stir in coconut oil.

  6. Dip one side of each macaroon into the chocolate sauce or eat plain!
