6 chicken breasts, pounded & poked
2/3 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1-2 tbsp minced garlic
1-2 tbsp peeled and minced fresh ginger
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pound chicken with a mallet.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Poke chicken to enhance flavour.
Add chicken and marinade into a zip-loc bag and marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
