3-4 chicken breasts, cut into serving size filets
1 cup almond flour
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tsp smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt
3 eggs whisked
Place cut chicken breasts into a ziploc bag and hammer down.
Add remaining ingredients into a bowl, minus the eggs.
Dip chicken breast into egg and then coat evenly in coating mixture
Place on a baking sheet with extra almond slices on top. Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes.
