Deep Dish Pizza

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 25 minutes - Total time: 30 minutes

This pizza party was a HUGE hit for dinner, and loaded with protein and fibre. Each slice has 22g of protein and 8g of NET carbs. My new fave way of making homemade pizza.

  • 8 small/medium sized KETO tortillas, rolled and thinly sliced

  • 1 pkg cottage cheese (500g)

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup pizza / tomato sauce

  • ¼ cup freshly chopped basil

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese

  • Any other toppings you LOVE (fresh basil, red onions, pepperoncini)

  1. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese and eggs. Set aside.

  2. Place tortilla strips in an oven proof skillet. Top with cottage cheese mixture, pizza sauce, basil and cheese.

  3. Add any other toppings of your choice. Bake on the middle rack at 425F for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
