Ingredients
1 pkg cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1-2 tbsp Everything spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spoon, scoop 1 tbsp of cottage cheese into a circle on the sheet, spread out evenly.
Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle everything bagel spice.
Bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
