Ingredients
  • 1 pkg cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp Everything spice



Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using a spoon, scoop 1 tbsp of cottage cheese into a circle on the sheet, spread out evenly.

  4. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle everything bagel spice.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
