1 lb ground chicken
½ cup almond flour
3 tbsp peeled and fresh ginger, finely diced
⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp oil (for painting)
Add all ingredients into a large bowl (except the oil) and mix until evenly combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and start rolling the meat mixture into even balls.
Brush each meatball with oil.
Bake at 450 F for 18-22 minutes.
