1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix evenly to combine
Roll mixture into a large ball and cut in 5 sections. Begin flattening and creating a long, round, skinny shape with the mixture.
Use a chopstick to press down on the meat, creating lines throughout.
Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes.
