1 pkg cauliflower rice

1 pkg firm tofu, cubed

1 cup kimchi

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 pkg mushrooms, sliced

1 red pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 cup green onions, diced

3-4 fried eggs
