(makes 3-4 servings)
3 cups spinach
2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 frozen banana
1 cup grapes or 1-2 kiwis
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Add all ingredients into a blender, leaving out 1 cup of Spinach.
Blend until smooth consistency. Add the remaining spinach into the blender.
Transfer into a glass or popsicle tray container and freeze.
