Mojitos Smoothie/Popsicles

Ingredients:

(makes 3-4 servings)

3 cups spinach

2 cup fresh mint leaves

1 frozen banana

1 cup grapes or 1-2 kiwis

1 cup almond milk

3 limes

3 tbsp hemp seeds

1 avocado

1 tbsp honey (optional)




Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, leaving out 1 cup of Spinach.

  2. Blend until smooth consistency. Add the remaining spinach into the blender.

  3. Transfer into a glass or popsicle tray container and freeze.
