Sweet cravings after dinner? This will be a winner for all members in the house. It has 2 main ingredients, mashed banana and almond flour! Almond flour is all natural + has 18g of protein per cup.
Ingredients
5 ripe bananas, mashed
4 cups almond flour
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
Topping: white chocolate drizzle, 3 tbsp white chocolate melted with ½ tsp coconut oil
Directions
Combine mashed bananas and almond flour in a large bowl. Set aside
Combine maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside
In a bunt pan layer berries, with rolled balls of flour mixture, drizzled with cinnamon mixture. Continue layering until no ingredients remain.
Bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and flip out of bunt pan.
Drizzle with white chocolate. Enjoy
