Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 egg
2 tbsp jam
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except jam in a bowl. Separate into cookie shaped medallions on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Press thumb into each cookie and add jam to fill each imprint
Bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes
