Pepper Cup Stir-Fry

Prep Time: 25 min - Cook time: 35 min - Total time: 1 hr


Ingredients:

Add a protein (chicken or tofu), loads of vegetables, homemade teriyaki sauce, @livivafoods Shirataki rice (YUMMY), and top with an egg!


Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp honey

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced




Instructions:
  1. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes!

  2. If you have leftover ingredients, throw them in the bottom of the baking dish! Delicious toppings include sesame seeds & green onions!
