2 tbsp oil
2 red onions, thinly sliced lengthwise
3 bell peppers, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 lbs sirloin beef strips
½ tsp salt
½ cup provolone cheese, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Healthy U Everything Spice
Add oil, salt, onions, peppers, and beef to an iron skillet, on medium-high heat.
Cook all beef and vegetables for a few minutes until beef appears brown and vegetables appear soft.
Top with cheese and everything spice.
