2 salmon steaks
1-2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup carrot matchsticks
1/4 cup green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
Over medium heat, add salmon steaks and leave to cook for 3-4 minutes. Begin crushing and breaking the salmon into small pieces.
Add cauliflower rice and carrots. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and add to the pan.
Cook for 10 minutes. Finish off with green onions
