Salmon Nuggets

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 12-14 minutes Total time: 17-19 minutes

This flavour loaded salmon is ready in just 15-minutes, and a great way to top up omega-3’s in the most delicious way!


  • Large salmon fillet, cubed 

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp of dried dill, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper 

  1. Evenly coat salmon with oil and spice mix.

  2. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish. Enjoy!
