1 pkg light goat cheese
2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup pistachios or any toasted nut, chopped
3 tbsp fresh herbs (cilantro/parsley/basil), chopped
Add goat cheese, black pepper, and honey into a bowl
Mix all the ingredients together to create a goat cheese mixture
Zest half of a lemon
In another bowl, add the chopped pistachios, chopped cilantro, and lemon zest. Then add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix until well combined.
Use a spoon to create a small ball of goat cheese mixture with your hands.
Dip the goat cheese ball in the topping bowl to coat it
Put it on a toothpick.
