Seedy Granola

Prep Time: 10 min - Cook time: 35 min - Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

¾ cup of unsweetened Coconut flakes (Medium)

¾ cup of Sesame seeds

½ cup of Sunflower seeds, unsalted

½ cup of Pumpkin seeds

¼ cup of Ground flaxseeds

¼ cup of Poppy seeds

2 tbsp of Chia seeds

½ tsp of Salt

1 Banana (over-ripe), mashed

2 tbsp of Tahini paste

⅓ cup of Maple syrup

1 tsp of Vanilla extract


Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl

  2. Lay out the mixture on top a baking sheet, evenly spread for best cooking results

  3. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes
