Ingredients
Dough:
1 cup almond flour
¾ cup tapioca flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup almond milk
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Filling:
1 ½ cups chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup tahini
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix filling ingredients over low heat until uniform
Mix dough ingredients until firm dough consistency then flatten into rectangle over parchment paper
Spread chocolate filling over dough
Roll and slice into medallions and top with leftover chocolate filling
Bake 400 F for 25 minutes
