1 cup tahini
¼ cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp vanilla
¼ cup chocolate chips + 2 tbsp for sprinkling on top
In a bowl add tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil. ¼ cup of chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Mix until evenly combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the batter. Freeze for 5 minutes then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Re-freeze for another 30 minutes and cut into cubes.
