Prep time: 25 minutes - Cook time: 15 minutes - Total time: 40 minutes
1-3 carrots, grated
1 white onion, grated
1 zucchini, grated
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion flakes
½ cup - ¾ cup chickpea flour (or ½ cup coconut flour / ¾ cup almond flour)
3 tbsp light olive oil, for pan-frying
Combine all above ingredients and form into “patties”.
Place oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add veggie patties to the pan and lightly fry both sides.
