Very Broccoli Biscuits

Ingredients

6 eggs

1/2 cup coconut flour

2 tbsp tapioca flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload Spice

Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload Spice

2 tsp minced onion

2 tsp granulated onion

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chives

1 broccoli stalk, steamed and chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded



Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix

  2. Shape mixture into biscuit sized medallions and place on parchment lined baking sheet

  3. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes

  4. Serve with Sriracha or your sauce of choice
