Viral TikTok Spaghetti

Prep time: 30 minutes - Cook time: 60 minutes - Total time: 1.5 hours


Spaghetti Squash Layer:

  • One spaghetti squash, baked

Healthy U Creamy Sauce Layer:

  • 2 tbsp oil (½ cup)

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup high-protein skim milk

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (ideally light, <20% MF)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Meat Sauce Layer:

  • Ground chicken, 500g

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tbsp Healthy U Italian Spice

  • 1 jar of marinara sauce


  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (ideally light, <20% MF)

  • 1 tbsp Healthy U Italian Spice

  1. Split your spaghetti squash in half, place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400F. Once baked, use a fork to shred your squash.

  2. Combine all “creamy sauce” ingredients in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook until everything is well combined and smooth.

  3. Combine all “meat layer” ingredients in a pan on medium-high heat. Cook until meat is brown.

  4. In a lined baking dish, place your shredding squash. Add the creamy sauce layer and the layer of meat. Top with cheese and Italian spice.

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350F.
