2-Bite Bagels

Ingredients

Dough recipe (makes 12):

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Filling:

  • Cream cheese, cubed

  • Fresh chives / green onions

Toppings:

  • 1 egg whisked

  • 3-4 tbsp Everything Spice

Directions
  1. Combines dough ingredients and divide into 12 small cubes.

  2. Flatten cubes and stuff with filling (cream cheese + chives/green onion). Pull the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball.

  3. Dip bagel balls in egg wash and coat with everything spice.

  4. Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
