Prep Time: 15 min - Chill time: 10 hr - Total time: 10 hr 15 min
2 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup unsweetened milk
Combine all ingredients and divide into to containers/jars.
Allow pudding to chill in the fridge for 10 hours or overnight.
Check the pudding after 10 minutes and re-stir so that it does not form clumps.
