Banana Chia Pudding

1 banana

2 tbsp nut butter

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup unsweetened milk

  1. Divide all ingredients into two containers/jars and mix each one together.

  2. Allow pudding to chill in the fridge for 10 hours or overnight.

  3. Check the pudding after 10 minutes and re-stir so that it does not form clumps.
